Making the honey-sweet, freshly-picked Kishu nanko ume plums the star of their traditional umeshu, enjoy the fruity, succulently rich palate of Nakata Shokuhin's signature plum wine. Brewed with locally tree-ripened and harvested plums to ensure their luscious juiciness and soothing aromas build through the maturation process, the addition of pure, mineral-rich spring water from Tonda, Wakayama give this plum wine an impeccably mellow and smooth mouthfeel. Best enjoyed chilled or on the rocks.
