We currently ship within the UK only. For UK delivery, you have the choice of DPD UK standard delivery and DPD UK chosen day delivery. Small parcels under 2kg can also be shipped via Royal Mail.
When ordering Frozen groceries, please note only Chosen Day is available as they are special orders with unique packing requirements.

UK standard delivery
Orders sent with a UK standard delivery service will be shipped via DPD on a tracked service.*

*The courier will send a notification email with an 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery and alternative options if no one is able to receive the delivery. Please also note that DPD reserves the right to deliver your parcel to a local DPD Pickup shop if no one is available to receive the parcel.

Orders sent with a UK chosen day delivery service will be shipped via DPD on a tracked service and arrive on your chosen day.

UK small parcel up to 2kg
Small orders under 2kg can be shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class (untracked).

This delivery option is not available for orders containing age-restricted items (alcohol / knives) or perishable goods (chilled / frozen / bakery).
Multi-box delivery
Your order will be shipped in boxes up to 25kg, for £5.99 Standard or £7.50 Chosen Day. When your order exceeds 25kg, we'll split your order into 2 boxes and ship for an additional £4.
Orders containing frozen groceries or books must all be shipped separately for an additional £4 each.
When an order is split into more than one box, you will receive tracking for all boxes.
International delivery
International delivery is currently unavailable.
Free UK Standard delivery over £65
Spend over £65 on your order and receive free UK Standard delivery via DPD.
Spend over £100 on your order and receive free UK Chosen Day delivery.
England, Wales, and Parts of Scotland only
This offer covers delivery to England, Wales, and Parts of Scotland only. Locations not eligible include the Scottish Highlands, Islands, some parts of Scotland (e.g. some postcodes of Aberdeen and surrounding areas), the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly. For these excluded delivery areas, you can still enjoy free delivery on orders over £120.

DPD aims to deliver all packages carbon neutral by offsetting emissions and investing in a rapidly growing fleet of electric vans. By 2025, DPD aims to deliver all-electric to 25 towns and cities in the UK.
With the lowest reported carbon footprint per delivery, Royal Mail utilises the power of on-foot delivery to deliver small parcels.
The sustainability of our packaging is also very important to us. Using recycled paper cushioning over bubble wrap, cardboard boxes made from 60% to 90% recycled materials and 80% reclaimed, 100% recyclable ExpressPaks are just a few ways we’re working to achieve sustainable delivery.
