Click to accept our terms and conditions and decide whether to opt in to our newsletters. Press "create account" and that's it, you're registered with us.

To sign in, click sign in at the top of the page and enter your email and password.

On the sign in page, click forgotten your password. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an email with a link via which you can reset your password. It sometimes takes a few minutes for this mail to arrive, so please give it a bit of time. If you still haven't received it, please make sure to check your spam folder.

While signing in to your Japan Centre account, head over to the account summary page and click edit. From there, you will then be able to change your name, email and password. Please make sure to click "update details" for the change to go through.

While logged into your Japan Centre account, head over to the account summary page and click edit. Untick the button "Send Offers". Please make sure to click "update details" for the change to go through. Alternatively, click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of a newsletter received from us.

Due to a revamp of our current Loyalty Programme, we will no longer reward additional Loyalty Points for shopping online, referring friends or as Birthday rewards after Friday 18 February 2022.

All existing Loyalty Points will be converted automatically to online store credit at an equivalent monetary value. You can use this to shop online at japancentre.com as you would with your current Loyalty Points.

We will keep a record of Loyalty Levels, so that when our new Loyalty Programme has been finalised, your loyalty with us will not be forgotten and will be recognised under the new programme.
