How to use and store
2. HEAT: Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add some oil. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circle about 15cm across and 1.5cm thick. Cook both sides until it turns golden brown (about 5 min each side).
3. SERVE: Dish up the Okonomiyaki on a plate and put Otafuku Okonomi Sauce on top. Add some mayonnaise and green seaweed on top as you like.
