Made with pre-cooked "Alpha rice" instantly dried to preserve its fluffiness, this long-life rice pouch is garnished with salt, kelp, scallop and dried wakame seaweed to create a savoury helping of delicious Japanese-style rice once rehydrated. Packaged with a spoon for instant enjoyment, just pour hot or cold water directly into the pouch and seal it for 15-60 minutes until the rice feels soft enough to eat.

How to use and store
To prepare your portion of instant rice:
- Tear open the pouch and remove both the provided spoon and silica gel sachet.
- Add approx. 160ml of hot or cold water to the pouch and stir in thoroughly.
- Seal the ziplock pouch and wait 15 minutes (60 minutes in cold water) for the rice to fully rehydrate.
- Once fully rehydrated, loosen the rice in the pouch and serve.
