Plus these instant noodles are par-boiled not fried, to make this tasty dish that bit more healthy.

How to use and store
• Bring 300ml of water to the boil in a pan.
• Add the udon noodles, soup stock and seasoning, then simmer until the noodles are your preferred texture.
• Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the fried tofu.
