This pack contains three servings’ worth of pre-cooked hiyashi chuka (long, thin noodles made from wheat flour, salt, and brine water), as well as three sachets of savoury soy sauce and vinegar soup. Hiyashi chuka is one of Japan's most loved cold noodle dishes, and this version can be prepared on the stove or in the microwave in minutes flat.

How to use and store
• Alternatively, cut a small hole in the corner of one packet of noodles and place the packet into the microwave. Heat for 60 seconds (500W) or 50 seconds (600W).
• Once noodles are done, place in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool.
• Serve with your favourite cold meats and vegetables, and pour a sachet of the soy sauce and vinegar soup on top.
