Established in 1834 in Yunotsu, Miyazaki Prefecture, our distillery uses a time-honoured method, fermenting small batches in large earthenware pots for natural flavour. We pride ourselves on using organic red sweet potatoes on our farm, cultivated without pesticides. This shochu boasts a fruity taste and elegant aroma, perfect for savouring the essence of the earth and sun.
