This box contains about nine servings of spicy Java Curry, made with a combination of herbs, spices and fruits (including coriander, tangerine, garlic and onion) and only a minimal amount of oil so as not to dilute the flavour impact. All you need to make a delicious Japan-style curry now are your favourite meats and root vegetables.

How to use and store
• Add 1.3L water and allow everything to simmer over a low-medium heat for approx. 15 mins.
• Remove pot from heat. Break curry sauce mix and add to the pot. Stir until it is all blended.
• Put pot back onto a low heat and simmer for approx. 10 mins. Serve over cooked rice or pasta. Serves 9.
