Using clean spring water from Mt. Aso, this Gyudon sauce has a natural sweetness and umami flavour, perfect for Japanese beef donburi bowls. Simply dilute this sauce with water for a quick mouth-watering Gyudon at home.

How to use and store
• Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and put sliced onions to sauté until translucent.
• Add sliced beef to the pan and sauté on full heat.
• Add 100 ml of Gyudon sauce and 100 ml of water in the pan to simmer for a few minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
• Turn off the heat and place the beef and onions in a bowl with steamed rice.
• Garnish with beni shoga pickled red ginger and shichimi chilli powder to enjoy.
