Awards: Japan Wine Competition 2023 Silver, Japan Wine Competition 2019 Silver and Japan Wine Competition 2018 Silver

Crafted from Koshu grapes grown in the Gyoto region of Yamanashi’s Kofu Basin, this 2023 vintage is vinified using the sur lie method, where the wine is aged on its natural lees to add depth, smoothness and subtle savoury notes. It offers a rich aroma with a clean, dry palate and crisp finish, making it an excellent match for tempura and other lightly fried dishes.

Celebrating over 60 years of craftsmanship, Fuji Clair Winery is dedicated to creating wines that harmonize beautifully with Japanese cuisine. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, every bottle captures the pure essence of the grape - expressed naturally, carefully, and without compromise. The result is a collection of wines that balance elegance with power, sophistication with delicacy, and complexity with finesse.
