Filtered through a broader mesh, Nigori sake is known for containing fine rice particles that allow it to carry a bolder aroma and more natural fruitiness in its cloudy look and with this Junmai Daiginjo sake, the 50% finely milled rice creates a succinctly silky and easy-to-enjoy alcoholic drink. Made from Gin no Yume rice, grown in the rural Kochi prefecture in Shikoku, the rich soil allows the rice to be highly absorbent and is perfect for drawing out the fruit flavours and fragrances of the same region.
