Inspired by the resilience and spirit of Oshio Heihachiro, who stood against tyranny during the Great Tenpo Famine of the 8th year, our shochu embodies courage and determination. Made with select "Beni-imo" sweet potatoes and black koji, it boasts a fragrant aroma and bold character.
We've chosen organic farming methods, cultivating Beni-imo sweet potatoes without pesticides, to create a shochu that's both distinctive and environmentally friendly. Enjoy it diluted with hot water or over ice for the full experience.
